PayNet’s brand did not reflect the sophistication and integrity of our people, data & analytics products, and approach.
To make my case, I told a story of my niece, Lily, who was so excited about her first school picture day that she cut her own hair the night before. As entrepreneurs, we often cut our own hair.
Action
To better communicate the value we create for our customers, a brand refresh was needed.
The brand refresh included: naming research, visual identity strategy and development, social media, and web site.
